Ebsco Databases & Firefox Update

Have you updated to the newest version of Mozilla Firefox only to find that links won't open in the Ebsco databases? You're not alone. There is a compatibility issue. Ebsco is working on an update, but it won't be available until July.

In the meantime, use Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, or Safari. All of these internet browsers are working with the Ebsco databases.

Have any questions? Feel free to contact us at the Information Desk by phone: 217.373.3839; via email: library@parkland.edu; or via chat: http://www2.parkland.edu/library/pro_chat.html
