Our online database resources are always available online even when we are closed. Access these resources here. Once a resource is clicked, use your Parkland student email login information to gain access (Parkland employees use the Novell login).

The library is often asked if we have paper forms.  We have basic Illinois forms.  We have no federal forms.  The feds have eliminated their program of providing forms to libraries--they won't send them, even when we ask.

Where can you get paper forms?  As of Feb. 25, the local post offices report having a very limited  number of forms.  If you like to file on paper, grab them while you can!

The National Archives Celebrates Black History Month

The National Archives is celebrating Black History Month with a tribute to civil rights activist Rosa Parks. This month also happens to mark the centennial of Parks' birth. For those of us not lucky enough to be in the Washington, D.C. area this month, there are many documents related to the civil rights movement, and Rosa Parks in particular, online. Check out the National Archives' website to learn more about this remarkable woman.
