Welcome to the Parkland Library News blog! This is where to find out what is going on in the library. We’ll keep you posted on new resources, people, events, and anything else that pops into our minds.
You can subscribe to our blog by clicking the “Subscribe to: Posts (Atom)” link at the bottom of this page. Another way of seeing the blog headlines is to check out the library home page...we have a feed listing the latest blog entries.
Take a look to the right -- we’ve included links to the library home page, catalog, articles and databases, and the Ask a Librarian page. Feel free to browse the archived entries using the monthly archives. And, if that weren’t enough, you can search our blog using the handy search box!
So, read on…and enjoy!
As per usual, the Library is setting pace for the rest of the campus by finding ways to incorporate technologies and tools in ways that will help your patrons. Congratulations to the staff for creating a communication space that keeps things fresh and interactive!
ReplyDeleteIt's fitting that the Library is reaching out in cyberspace since it already reaches out in so many ways with the rest of the campus through a great collection, wonderful instruction, knowledgeable staff, and a host of collaborative events- One Book, One College, New Faculty Tea, Art Annex, International Student Tea...and on and on.
Great work!
Tipping to cool! I'm glad to see the Library promoting two-way communication. It's the best thing for a democracy.
