As part of Black History Month, the "African Americans on United States Postage Stamps 1940 - 2005" collection is on display in the Parkland Library. Chuck Cooper, Parkland College Sociology instructor, collected all 119 first day of issue covers spanning 1940 - 2005.
Come into the library to see this impressive display set up at the library's main entrance.
